Chance Encounter is the consummate show and dance band. Called the most versatile band around, they sport a horn section with trumpet and sax as well as lead and bass guitars, keyboards and drums all of which gives the band its uniquely big sound.  You're used to the upfront high energy entertainment of Tricia White, but come check out the "singing S's".  That's right - we've cut loose our hidden members.  Keyboardist Skip Page, and Drummer Steve VanPortfliet, now join bassist Steve Evans in lending a new twist to the vocals of Chance Encounter.

The band has experience opening for major acts such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Night Ranger, Foghat, Blue Oyster Cult and Eddy Money to name a few.  In fact you may have caught them last summer in front of Molly Hatchett!

The band covers songs from Santana, Motown, Great White, Faith Hill, Van Morrison, Creed and even the newest Bob Seger line up...from classic rock to current and everything in between, anything that gets your feet moving!

Chance Encounter plays in various dance clubs and  private parties throughout the Western Michigan area. So, if you're looking for an evening of dancing and listening entertainment, come on down and see the band!
